Amazon.com. So I buy a few items and they get delivered. Nothing extra ordinary in that.

Items, in this case a couple CD's in jewel case's, arrive and the case's are damaged. Nothing unexpected there either, that sort of thing happens from time to time, what happned next was extra ordinary.

I noticed one CD was simply flat out the wrong title, right badn, wrong album. So I contact the seller and tell them I have damaged discs and the wrong album. In virtually no time under 6 hours in real time, I have a reply.

cd ebuys, the Amazon store front, told me that they have the correct CD in the mail, I can sit back and relax as they are sending a postage paid mailer for the return CD.

From bigger stores yuo sort of expect this, but normally it takes a couple days for customer service to kick in and they seldom act enthusiastic about the whole process.

So if your into purchasing from small business's, check these people out!

Ok here is the second movie from the holiday weekend. Rundown. This move contained no slow moving parts what so ever.

There was intersting dialog, humor, although I didn't expect humor in Tears of the Sun, and a an intersting enthusiastic cast.
